I have recently reached the half way point of my 20 for 20 challenge!

And we’re well over half way towards reaching the target of raising £5000 for the Bringing Back a Smile charity to put towards the purchase of a new holiday caravan for use by children with chronic and debilitating health difficulties, and their families.

On the weekend of what should have been the Great North Run, myself and a few of the team at Wealth of Advice decided to run a route finishing where the Great North Run finishes to celebrate us reaching the half way stage of this years charity effort. Only 10 half marathons to run now with just under 3 months of the year left. I’m sure it will fly over!

Please watch my latest update video to hear more about how I’m getting on with the 20 for 20 challenge.

It's no exaggeration to say circumstances have changed significantly since the start of this fundraising challenge.

In the video below I give an update on how I'm adapting to the new normal.

1 down 19 to go! First run completed in Orlando on Sunday had lovely race conditions, did this run 6 minutes faster than the last half marathon I did in 2019. Looking forward to Sheffield now at the end of March and I hope to keep improving my time with every run completed.

Time: 2 hours 34 minutes.
